Bahoya had also received permission to travel to East Yorkshire for a medical. However, the transfer will no longer proceed after the player chose not to make the switch.
The France Under-21 international has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs previously. His performances in Germany have helped establish him as an exciting young attacking player.
Bahoya joined Eintracht Frankfurt from French club Angers in 2024. Since arriving in Germany, he has made 78 appearances across competitions.
During those matches, the winger has contributed seven goals and eight assists. His ability to create opportunities has made him an important attacking option for Frankfurt.
Bahoya primarily operates from the left wing. However, he can also play in several other attacking positions.
His versatility would have provided Hull City with another option across their forward line. The Tigers had hoped to complete the transfer after agreeing terms with Frankfurt.
Bahoya is also known for his exceptional pace. He currently holds the Bundesliga speed record after reaching 23.09mph during a match against Bochum in 2025.
