The venue offers panoramic views of iconic landmarks like Marina Bay Sands, the ArtScience Museum, and the Singapore Flyer.
Founder Martin Bem called the honor a “gift” to his team, who have worked to create a memorable. Sky-high craft beer experience over the past 15 years. LeVeL33’s achievement is not just a record—it’s a story of determination and innovation in one of the world’s most space-constrained cities.
The brewing system, shipped from Europe, had to be lifted by crane since the equipment couldn’t fit in the building’s elevators. This logistical feat made it possible for LeVeL33 to combine high-quality brewing with skyline views. Making it a unique draw for both locals and tourists alike.

Brewing at Altitude: How LeVel33 Overcame Big City Challenges
Opening a brewery on the 33rd floor of a commercial tower was no easy feat. When LeVel33 launched in 2010, its custom European brewing equipment proved too large for the building’s elevators. Founder Martin Bem orchestrated a bold solution—hoisting 12 tanks, two copper kettles, and a cooling system to the rooftop via crane.
That daring logistics operation paid off. Today, visitors enjoy a full-scale brewery experience with a skyline view that includes Marina Bay Sands, the ArtScience Museum, and the Singapore Flyer. The bar gets especially lively during sunset hours, as patrons flock to enjoy a cold pint with a world-class view.
Brut Beer, Blond Lager, and Skyline Sips
LeVel33’s beer selection includes fan-favorite styles like IPA and stout, but its signature Brut Beer stands out. Created in collaboration with Champagne house Barons de Rothschild. This sparkling brew adds a touch of luxury and is only available at the brewery.
To celebrate the record, LeVel33’s flagship Blond Lager will now feature the Guinness World Records logo on its label—a nod to the brewery’s unique story and sky-high success.
